About Project
The project is located in the Tskaltubo region, the village of Partskhanakanev, north of the Kutaisi airport, along the Tbilisi-Senaki-Leselidze highway.
The project is the 150-room hotel "Ibis Red" which will be managed by the company "Akor". This budget brand offers guests the best ratio of price, comfort, and environment. The simplistic volume of the building is juxtaposed with its existing environment. The shape and location are based on the study of wind and solar movement.
The color gradation of the facade is dictated by the view of the Caucasus range in the north and the corporate color of the brand.
The project of a 150-room hotel “IBIS RED” is located in the Tskaltubo region, right across the Kutaisi Airport, along the Tbilisi-Senaki-Leselidze highway. This budget brand offers guests the best ratio of price, comfort, and atmosphere. The simplistic volume of the building is juxtaposed with its existing environment. The shape and location are based on the study of wind and solar movement, and the color gradation of the facade is dictated by the view of the Caucasus range in the north and the corporate color of the brand.
The project has been developed in accordance with the Ibis Construction and Renovation Guidelines (CRG). The building comprises six floors. The ground floor accommodates the hotel reception, bar, open-air cafeteria, lounge, meeting rooms, and shared sanitary facilities. Additionally, a single-story structure situated in the northeastern part of the site accommodates auxiliary, administrative, and other support spaces.
The guest rooms and their auxiliary rooms are located from the second to the fifth floor.
The entrances to the building are fully separated, ensuring that guest circulation and service operations remain independent and do not intersect. A dedicated service and supply area is efficiently organized and concealed from guest view. The building includes evacuation exits, stairwells and mechanical engineering devices in compliance with fire safety norms and is fully adapted to meet accessibility requirements for persons with disabilities.
