Wine Factory – Ethnos in Manavi, a project that boasts a commanding position at the top of the site, offering a picturesque view of the valley and surrounding vineyards. As production processes unfold, the building gradually steps down the landscape, creating a seamless and efficient workflow for the wine-making process.
The project showcases the construction of a wine factory using rammed earth. This sustainable building material has been used to create a unique and eco-friendly structure for the production of Traditional Georgia Qvevri wine.
