The project proposes a one-story multi-functional building located directly in front of Kutaisi International Airport. Conceived as a highly accessible and flexible structure, the building features entrances on all sides, ensuring efficient circulation and ease of access for both visitors and service operations.
The interior program accommodates a diverse range of functions, including commercial spaces, food courts, storage areas, and offices, allowing for adaptable use and long-term functionality. Integrated parking for 123 vehicles supports the operational needs of the building, reinforcing its role as a convenient and efficient hub for airport-related services and visitors alike.
