Our ongoing project - a multifunctional building on Balanchine Street in Tbilisi.
6,000 sq. m buildings, ground floor, with a spider-system glazed facade is designed to accommodate a future car showroom, while the upper level office areas are clad with a natural stone ventilated façade system.
The facade geometry was developed in accordance with the regulatory restrictions issued by the U.S. Embassy, requiring limited visibility facing the embassy side. As a result, the curtain wall system is installed perpendicular to the facade plane, effectively restricting direct views while still ensuring ample natural daylight enters the interior spaces.
