The architectural vision for this factory and office complex combines industrial productivity with a sophisticated atmosphere, inspired by the lightness, precision, and sustainability of firms like Renzo Piano and Herzog & de Meuron. The design emphasizes transparency, structural order, and material honesty through a composition of glass, steel, and white concrete. A key feature is the extensive use of daylight, achieved through light wells, coffered ceilings, and skylights that create dynamic shadows and reduce the need for artificial lighting. Low-e glass and polycarbonate facades further
enhance energy efficiency and thermal comfort. Sustainability is central: the roof is equipped with solar panels, turning the complex into a power source. Passive cooling, natural ventilation, and durable, low-maintenance materials—such as recycled steel and reflective concrete—minimize environmental impact. The façade incorporates perforated metal screens and rhythmic steel elements that add texture and industrial character. Inside, open-office spaces and factory halls are designed to foster collaboration and optimize working conditions with abundant natural light and visibility. This results in a transparent, rhythmic structure where technology and nature converge, forming a sustainable and forward-thinking model for industrial development.
