The project envisions the reconstruction and renovation of the existing structure within the former Soviet balneological resort “Phazisi,” complemented by the integration of new programmatic functions, including a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, restaurants, and conference facilities.

The architectural composition is inspired by the distinctive natural landscape of Racha and the Caucasus Mountains. Material choices are carefully selected to reinforce a dialogue between the built form and its surroundings, fostering harmony between architecture and nature through the use of brick, locally sourced timber, river stone, and other natural materials.
