Georgian brick defines the building’s exterior, providing continuity across a composition of solid wall surfaces, tall openings, and projecting balconies. Slender metal balustrades introduce a light, permeable layer against the masonry, while balcony projections lend depth to the elevations and cast pronounced shadows across the brickwork. At the upper level, vertically ribbed brick surfaces and recessed terraces articulate the roofline.

Private outdoor spaces are integral to the residential arrangement. Ground-floor apartments open onto individual gardens, while balconies extend the living spaces of the upper floors.
